Dr. Nidhi Sinha has more than 20 years of rich experience in teaching, research and training. She is Associate Professor of Marketing and Communication in School of Management at Bennett University. She specializes in the areas of Brand Management, Marketing communication, Internet and Digital Marketing and Social media marketing. Her current research focuses on branding in the digital domains, use of online and social media in today’s world of marketing. As an educator she aims to inspire, empower and encourage students to produce authentic, innovative and socially conscious research outcomes in the domain of marketing. To her credit she has several research papers in the various refereed International and National Journals and has presented research papers at diverse National and International forums. She has also been awarded with diverse prestigious Best Paper awards for her work. Prior to joining Bennett University, she has worked for 11 years with Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida and also with Corporates like Educomp Solutions, BPCL and Subsidiaries of Mahindra Group at managerial levels. Apart from regular teaching Dr. Nidhi has a passion for training and development. Accomplished and dedicated professional with a background that reflects the ability to engage, educate and train staff. Employs teaching competencies to share new concepts in an interesting and effective way. Coordinated and successfully managed group trainings. Highly skilled in conducting needs analysis and devising custom solutions that meet clients’ professional objectives. Managed the design, development, implementation and administration of instructor-led training Programmes (interpersonal and HR-centric) for employees. She has established her expertise in Communication Skills, Soft Skills and Behavioral Skills. She has been invited by several Private and Government Organizations and Educational Institutions for conducting training sessions or deliver expert talks. Her experience and association with people from various domains helps her to effectively manage people and their behavior. She is creative and possesses excellent inter-personal management skills. She has conducted training Programmes on Soft Skills, Customer Service, Communication Skills, People Management, Leadership and Motivation, Emotional Intelligence and TQM. She has been consistent in nurturing goals towards positive results. Her core competencies include Programmes on Interpersonal Communication and Conflict Management, Corporate Etiquette, Change Management & Train-the-Trainer workshops. She has managed the entire training functions for the corporate sector including Content development, mentoring trainers and creating leaders and has been actively associated with people from diverse cultures to explore new areas in communication and comprehend the changing needs of an organization.
