Details of E-Learning Materials (Four Quadrant Approach)
E-Learning Materials
All course materials are hosted on the Learning Management System (LMS) and follow UGC’s Four Quadrant approach for online education. https://portal.bennettonline.com
e-Tutorials (Quadrant 1)
Professionally developed video and audio lectures recorded by faculty using digital studios. These include lecture slides, infographics, and real-life examples. Each video is accompanied by captions/transcripts for accessibility and comprehension. Hosted on the LMS through integrated video servers.
e-Content (Quadrant 2)
Includes self-instructional materials, eBooks, and reference notes in web and mobile formats (PDF/ePUB). Each course module contains unit-wise content with objectives, key terms, case studies, and review questions. Content is interactive and accessible via both desktop and mobile applications.
Discussion Forum (Quadrant 3)
Dedicated discussion spaces for each course to promote faculty–learner and peer–to–peer interaction. Learners can post questions, participate in graded or ungraded discussions, and receive responses from mentors and faculty in real-time. Integrated with LMS notifications and email alerts.
Assessment (Quadrant 4)
Multiple assessment formats including quizzes, assignments, and projects. Supports both formative (continuous evaluation) and summative (end-term) modes. Quizzes include MCQs, short answers, and analytical questions. Assignments are uploaded via LMS and undergo plagiarism checks using integrated tools.
Access E-Learning Materials
e-Learning materials have been developed by a multidisciplinary team of faculty members and subject matter experts from Bennett University across MBA and BBA online courses. Each course lists the respective faculty responsible for content development and review. List of Teaching Staff is available on Program Tab of Mandatory Disclosure.

Centre for Internal Quality Assurance (CIQA)
Bennett University – CDOE has established the Centre for Internal Quality Assurance (CIQA) to oversee and ensure the quality of its online programmes by adhering to regulatory guidelines. CIQA at BU-CDOE establishes quality standards, monitors academic and administrative activities, conducts quality audits, and implements self-evaluative initiatives to drive continuous improvement and maintain high academic and operational quality for online learning experiences. As mandated by UGC-DEB, the CIQA at Bennett University – CDOE is headed by a full-time Director, a senior academician, and is supported by a dedicated team of academic and administrative staff ensuring effective implementation and continuous improvement of quality standards.
Objective of CIQA
The Centre for Internal Quality Assurance at BU CDOE has the following objectives:
- To maintain a comprehensive, dynamic internal quality assurance system to ensure that all online higher education programmes are of consistently high quality and are always under continuous improvement plan.
- To implement robust quality check systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for e-tutorials and Electronic/Self -Learning Materials (SLMs) to significantly enhance the learning experience of students.
