My goal is now to contribute to industry with my experience in leading HR for over 4 decades for large companies and more particularly after leading the HR function of India’s most successful and large engineering and construction conglomerate L&T. At L&T, I have contributed by conceptualizing & implementing a Performance Management System called FAIR, developing a high potential programme with over 19000 assessments of leaders in 2 decades and several other first of the kind HR Policies, particularly in Leadership Development & Talent Management
